A typeface here is a file, and a download is a delivery. Once the files are on your machine there is nothing to return — which is why this page is short, and why it says what it says.
If you have bought and not yet downloaded, write to us and we will refund it in full. No reason needed.
The purchase is not refundable, because the thing you bought has been handed over. That is the ordinary rule for digital goods and it is the one we follow.
There is one exception, and it is not a grudging one: if something is wrong with the files, tell us. A glyph that is broken, a character that should be there and is not, a file that will not install. We will fix it and send you the new file, or refund you, and you choose which.
Not liking the face is not a fault, and neither is finding that it does not cover a language it never claimed to. Every product page states the character count and the writing systems before you buy, every face can be typed into with your own words on the catalogue page, and the whole alphabet is on screen at the size you would use it. Look at the face first — that is what those pages are for.
If you think something has gone wrong, write to us first. A chargeback costs both sides a fee and takes months, and almost everything it is used for we would simply have refunded.
